Use the same website, market, five target pages, and twenty search topics in both trials. Ask whether each tool reveals an issue or opportunity the team can verify and address. Compare workflow time, export needs, and how easily non-specialists understand the report. Different estimates are expected; check first-party analytics and Search Console before turning either estimate into a business claim.
Budget and limits
Price the exact number of projects, tracked keywords, users, crawl volume, and history your team needs. Check annual versus monthly billing and any added-seat or overage rules. A broad plan is wasted if no one has time to execute the resulting work.
