Editorial Policy

ToolBino publishes software information to support a reader’s decision. We evaluate fit for a use case, feature scope, implementation effort, integrations, support, total cost, and meaningful limitations. We avoid a universal “best” claim when the answer depends on a team’s needs.

Sources and verification

For changeable product facts, we prefer official websites, pricing pages, and documentation. A page should show when important details were last checked and link its sources. If a fact cannot be verified, we omit it or clearly state the uncertainty. We do not invent prices, ratings, customer numbers, awards, or discount claims.

Reviews and testing claims

Researching documentation is useful, but it is not the same as using a product. We say when an article is based on vendor documentation. If hands-on testing is undertaken, we describe what was tested, the environment, and relevant limits. We do not use fake customer testimonials or imply an employee credential that has not been established.

Affiliate and sponsored content

ToolBino may receive a commission when a reader purchases through an eligible link. The existence or size of a commission should not automatically determine an editorial conclusion. Sponsored placements must be labeled. Commercial relationships do not remove the need to explain limitations and alternatives. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Updates and corrections

Software changes often. We revisit pages when we learn of material changes, but readers should confirm current terms on the provider’s site. Send a correction to hello@toolbino.com with the page URL and evidence. We review it and update significant errors. Our review process explains the criteria in more detail.
